Our service process
Step 1: Quote & Place Order
Fill out a simple form and we will provide you with a suitable quote according to your requirements. Promo Wear Apparel will assist you on how to place your order and collect the deposit.
Step 2: Image Design
We design and print apparel garments such as T-Shirts, Tank Tops, Polo Shirts, Sweatshirts, Headwear, Outerwear, and Other Apparel. The graphic must be separated by color, and each color printed on its own clear film.
Step 3: Approval and Finalization
You are in charge of the process and your order will not proceed on to the next stage until we receive final approval from you.
Step 4: Screen Making and Production
Each color gets a screen created to separate the graphics when the ink is imprinted. Your order will then enter the production stage and be completed with amazing finishing.
Step 5: Printing
Each screen must be inserted and carefully aligned in the printing press to ensure that colors are correctly aligned. The printing press applies ink to each screen, then uses pressure to squeeze the ink through the screen’s open mesh area and onto the shirt.
Step 6: Shipment
As soon as your order is finished order production, the process of delivery begins! We will then send you the tracking information with delivery details.
